COVID 19:
 Although we are currently operating in a pandemic, Sanctified Swag is dedicated to making sure that your product arrives as swiftly and securely as possible. There might be some delays in shipping, however, your swag will always make it to your doorstep.

Sales/Returns/Exchanges:
All Sales made from Sanctifiedswag.com are final and cannot be returned unless an error was made in shipping. In the event of a mix-up, we offer our deepest apology and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at sanctifiedswagbrand@gmail.com to notify us of the error.  Include your order number, name and emailed used on the order. Make sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will make sure you receive the high quality product that you can expect every time from Sanctified Swag!

I forgot to use my discount code:
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. 
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

I received a suspicious looking email, what do I do?
@sanctifiedswagbrand is our only verified page on Instagram and @sancfifiedswagbrand@gmail.com is our only email address. If any page other than @sanctifiedswagbrand is tagging you saying you've won a giveaway it is a scam. We do not post cash giveaways! Any page posing as Sanctified Swag asking for any personal information including cash app or bank account info through Direct Message is a scam. DO NOT RESPOND!

Shipping:
Normal shipping times process in about 8-12 business days.
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office for delivery issues.
